Development brand film

A 60 to 120 second cinematic film for a launching development. Covers exterior, show flat, common areas, and the surrounding neighborhood. Pairs with renderings or VFX when units are still under construction.

Property walkthrough

Slow, considered walkthroughs of individual units, amenity floors, and signature spaces. Lit as editorial, not as a listing video. Designed for the agency site, the developer portal, and listing platforms.

Aerial cinematography

Licensed drone work for development reveals, urban context, coastline, and aerial walkthroughs of master plans. Pre-flight clearance and urban-area airspace coordination handled in-house.

Lifestyle & neighborhood films

Context films that show the area around the property: street life, restaurants, retail, walkability. Critical for off-plan buyers who cannot visit yet.

Brand films for developers

A film that introduces the developer, the philosophy, and the design language across an entire portfolio. Lives at the top of the about page; converts trust into inquiries.

Editorial property stills

Photography commissioned alongside the video shoot. Same crew, same lighting, same look. Used for PR, OOH, the website, and listing platforms.

We are a boutique property videography team. We shoot, direct, and edit: development brand films, walkthroughs, aerial, lifestyle context, and editorial stills. Licensed drone operators. Full post-production handled in-house. No agency overhead.

We have filmed for Four Seasons, The Peninsula, Kimpton, and Maison across five countries. Hotels are commercial real estate, and our reel is one of the deepest commercial-property libraries most prospects have ever seen.

Yes. Pre-launch films are a major part of our work for developers. We coordinate with the sales team to film the show flat, common areas, and the surrounding neighborhood, and integrate architect renderings or VFX when units are still under construction.
From kickoff to delivery, most property projects run 4 to 8 weeks: 1 to 2 weeks of pre-production, 2 to 5 days of shooting on site, then 2 to 4 weeks of post-production and revisions. Pre-launch development films with VFX add 2 to 3 weeks.
Yes. Hotels are commercial real estate, and our luxury hospitality portfolio (Four Seasons, Peninsula, Kimpton) is essentially a commercial property reel. We also film office, retail, and mixed-use developments using the same cinematic approach.
Yes. Tony is a licensed drone operator. Aerial cinematography is handled in-house, including pre-flight clearances and urban-area airspace coordination. No third-party drone crew.
